I worked for many years as an animation background artist. This involved handpainting each background for every scene change in an animation film. For a ten minute film there would be possibly 70 -100 backgrounds.
By 2000 allmost all backgrounds are produced on computer, and I no longer paint animation backgrounds, maybe this art will return?
